Savour the Special Savon

Christmas is fast approaching so time to present some great ideas for stocking fillers.

When it comes to fine French products i don’t stop at Chanel and Dior makeup and perfume. I also love French food, wine, Champagne and Roger and Gallet soap. I got my first gift of these beautiful soaps 5 years ago and have bought them ever since.

Roger and Gallet started making soap in 1862 by using essential oils of citrus fruits and aromatic plants and vegetable fat. They became popular very quickly and were the official supplier to Napoleon and French royals. Even though L’Oreal acquired the company in 2008, the ingredients remain the same to the original used by Jean Marie Farina, who owned the perfumery before Roger and Gallet. The soap is none drying and the natural fragrances hit you as soon as you open the box. Each soap is also wrapped in pleated paper with the round sticker holding it together, as it was also originally wrapped.
If you want to give someone a classy stunning gift, i recommend these very much. Come in many fragrances such as:- Blue Lotus, Sandalwood, Lavender, Tea Rose, Green Tea, Carnation besides many others. Check them out online or in John Lewis. 3x100gm soaps are ÂŁ13.00.
